Revision Policy

At Windigitizers, we offer up to 3 rounds of design revisions per project to ensure client satisfaction. Revisions are limited to the initial scope of the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial delivery.

Note: Changes to project direction or concept after approval of initial design will be treated as a new order.

Turnaround Time

Our standard delivery timeframe for initial concepts is 48 to 72 business hours, depending on the complexity of your project. Revisions are typically delivered within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery may be affected during weekends or public holidays.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Project was canceled before any design work began.

  • The customer did not approve any submitted drafts or concepts.

  • Refund is requested within 10 days of order placement.

  • No revisions or edits have been requested.

  • Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

Partial refunds may be issued depending on the project status. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

Design files are delivered via email or through a secure download link. Delivery time starts once full project requirements are received. Turnaround times may vary depending on service type and complexity.

Design Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, Windigitizers transfers all ownership rights to the client, including copyright and usage rights. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

Content Creation & Population

All content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided by the client for design purposes must be original or legally usable. Windigitizers is not responsible for any content submitted by the client that violates copyright laws or intellectual property rights.

Account Management Policy

Windigitizers may assign a dedicated account manager for larger or long-term projects. However, communication may occur via email, phone, or other channels depending on availability.

Miscellaneous Support

Third-Party Services

Windigitizers sometimes works with trusted third-party vendors (like hosting providers, printing services, etc.). We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these vendors.

Communication Policy

Windigitizers prefers communication through email and WhatsApp for project management and revisions. We are not responsible for any miscommunication caused due to unrecorded phone calls or non-official communication channels.
